The Neptune patio heaters patented carbon fibre heating tubes significantly reduce running costs and cuts carbon dioxide emissions by up to 50% compared with conventional gas patio heaters.
Neptune patio heaters have a PIR sensor which enables the Neptune outdoor heater to automatically switch on and off depending on people movement near the unit. When enabled, the PIR sensor constantly monitors peoples’ movements up to a distance of 4 meters and if after 4 minutes it does not detect movement it will switch off. Thereafter, if the PIR sensor does detect movement it will automatically switch on at the original settings. This economy function optimises energy usage and minimises CO2 emissions even further than the 50% already indicated – making Neptune the most efficient and eco-friendly heater in the world.
Neptune outdoor heaters features a 360 degree light dome with 25W of low energy light equivalent to 150W of incandescent light. This ambient lighting removes the need for high powered halogen floodlights in you patio area and reduces significantly your energy costs.
All Neptune heaters have two heat settings - 1150W / 2300W. - the elements are replaceable & designed to last 5,000 hours.

Masterlock safety feature
Masterlock enables the user to lock the control panel on the heater to prevent unauthorized use or tampering by children or clientele.
Safety tip over feature
Should the heater be accidentally knocked over it will automatically shut down and will not operate until it is restored to it’s upright position and reset.
